"Pedro is an amazing PT. I have been with him for about 9 months now. He always pushes me to do better. When I first started with Pedro I was on medications for mental health, I now taken none. Every session is perfectly planned and somehow manages to both be brutal and fund - I've seen results I never though possible, both physically and mentally.
What makes Pedro amazing is that he never lets me get away with my constant 'I can't do this' moaning - he just laughs, rolls his eyes and somehow gets me to do it anyway, and annoyingly he is always right - I can do it, and I'm so much stronger and more confident because of him.

"Pedro has just started PTing me and he is brutal and nasty and makes every inch of my body hurt (only joking). Having recently started PTing with Pedro, it's been really good to have someone supporting me to reach my goals again. Having previously had PT's and finding I need these to remain on track, Pedro has been great to do exactly this - within my first 6 weeks I have lost half a stone and centimetres off all parts of my body, including 10cms off my waist which is insane! Although Pedro is a bit of a sassy slave driver, he knows to push you to your limits to support your journey and make your goals more achievable. He's available for support when needed or just to be annoying, but that also means making fitness fun again! I look forward to seeing what the next review holds with the ongoing support from Pedro, regardless of if my body thanks me or not, of if he makes me do burpees for having a McDonald's" Pedro is really motivating and makes me laugh the whole way through our sessions which makes them much more bearable. He's great at pushing me to my limits and not letting me slack as he knows I can give more which is exactly what I need. He keeps me accountable and makes me do burpees when I've not done what I should be which is a punishment I do not enjoy so definitely keeps me in line. Pedro is on the ball and workouts are 6-12 weeks before changing, so enough time to see progress but not too long that you get board of the workouts. I couldn't thank Pedro enough for putting up with my banter, whinging and sarcasm to help me through the sessions."
